Any player who makes a donation of 10 dollars or more will receive, in game, the rare and powerful Mr. Accessory (+15 to all stats). You'll get one Mr. Accessory for every 10 dollars of your donation, so 30 dollars = 3 Mr. Accessories, etc. If you want something other than a Mr. Accessory you can trade your Mr. A's at the Mr. Store (in Town) for other groovy goodies.

  

Our preferred method of donation is PayPal. If you donate through PayPal, we can automatically credit your donation to your character, and give you your snazzy gift as soon as the transaction is finished.

Why donations? Will KoL ever be pay-to-play?
Kingdom of Loathing will never switch to a subscription system or charge you to play the game. Additionally, you can rest assured we won't add banner ads or pop-ups. Your donation is very much appreciated and help keeps this game free for everyone and running smoothly.

How long will it take before I get my Mr. Accessory?
Depending on the method you used, it could be nearly instantaneous. If you use the same e-mail with KoL as you do with PayPal the Mr. A will be automatically added to your account. Donations through Amazon take a little longer because we have to process them by hand. Of course, using the mail system takes the longest but we will still do our best to make sure you get your Mr. A in a timely manner.

Do I have to donate in US dollars?
Please feel free to send any currency, but include enough so that when we do the conversion it works out to a round number in USD.

What do I do if I never received my Mr. A?
Contact Xlyinia (#4741) in-game explaining your situation including when you donated, how much, the e-mail address you used and the transaction ID # (if needed). Before writing please ensure it's been at least five (5) business days if you donated online (PayPal or Amazon) or 10 business days if you used snail mail.

Can I get something other than a Mr. A?
No, but you can trade in Mr. A's for other snazzy items. In the Market Square in Town is the Mr. Store where you can exchange a Mr. A for such items as a Mr. A Jr, a Ms. A, or the Familiar of the Month.
