I don't know coding, or browser functions, or anything technical, so please forgive me if I trespass into the idiotic or asinine. And I don't use anything fancy in addition to my FireFox browser. I tried that chat script that color codes and gives tabs for PM and bans, but it made the chat impossible (for me) to follow. I'm also fixated on making it easier for Mods to communicate. Right now, we either have to spam up Lounge, PM each other individually, or convince everyone to log onto Yahoo IM. It is tedious. If there was some way that Mods could all join a PM, or open up another chat channel just for Mods....again, I don't know code, but I'm assuming it would mean that Mods would just have to know how to do this and not share it with other folks, versus the browser being able to identify a person as a Mod and therefore allow access. Anyhow, thanks for your time and consideration. |

Is there no /mod channel? This seems like the easiest way to sort the comms problem out. For that, you would obviously need to speak to Jick. And then just enforce the rule that every mod /listens to /mod |
