I'm kind of fascinated with industrial and graphic design. If you have any interest here are a few sites of interest:

- Design blog that looks at mostly furnishings but plenty of other interesting design work.

- Ok, not design per se, but it does show what's new in the world of funky little electronic thingies.

- Like MocoLoco, just less often updated.

- Amit Pitaru's web site with some really unique work.

- Probably the guy I've seen the most information display graphics from ever. Fascinating stuff.

This isn't a site, but rather a book. Having thoroughly disappointed...

If you haven't yet, check out The Design of Everyday Things by some rather smart person whose name I cannot remember. He covers a range of issues, focusing especially on how stupidly put together many daily appliances and tools are. Very readable.

It's a sink... it's an aquarium. It's an aquarisink. I'm not entirely sure the world needed that, but wow. Those sites rocked my socks right off. Thanks for the sharing!

Also, is working with lights and sound in ways I've been working towards. Some day I will have my own blinkenlights work.

I've wanted robot pills forever. Imagine as a kid being able to program your robot pill to make you sick right before a class you hated. Damn..Robot pills are our future, and our future's future.
