You should try using The GIMP () for your art. Click "Gimp for windows" and choose the top one.

It is kind of complex, but the learning curve isn't *too* sharp.

I'll use the bottom one, but I think the top one is a bit sparse to look good on the well. If you fill it out a bit, I'll use that as well.

I take care of my mother a few nights a week and even tho she is disabled, she loves to do graphics. We were talking about Christmas and somehow got onto the topic of your wishing well so she made this for ya'all to use if you like.
